What we collect

When you use the quote or contact form, we collect what you enter: your name, phone number, email address, installation address or ZIP code, city, details about your vehicle, charger, panel and project, any message you write, and any photos you choose to upload. The form also records the page you sent it from and, if present, the marketing campaign tags in the link you followed.

How we use it

We use this information to respond to your request, prepare and discuss a quote, and arrange the work you ask about. We do not sell your information.

Who can see it

Form submissions, including uploaded photos, are processed and stored by our website host, Netlify, Inc., on our behalf. Uploaded photos are stored as files reachable by a private link. We may share your request with the contractor who performs or quotes the work you asked about. We may also disclose information when required by law.

Cookies and analytics

If we use analytics tools such as Google Analytics, they may set cookies and collect information about how you use the site, such as pages visited and the device and browser you use. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.

Chat assistant

The chat window on this site is provided by Elfsight. Messages you type into it are processed by Elfsight and its AI providers to generate replies, and may be shared with us so we can follow up. Don't enter sensitive personal information in the chat.

How long we keep it

We keep quote requests for as long as they are useful for responding to you and for our business records, then delete them.
